  • Lubiprostone 24 mcg is a twice-daily prescription capsule, taken with food, that helps restore your body’s natural digestive rhythm without harsh stimulants. It activates chloride channels in your intestines to draw more water into your digestive tract, softening stool and making bowel movements easier and more comfortable.
  • Lubiprostone is designed for consistent, long-term use in adults with chronic constipation, with no evidence that your body becomes dependent on it. Many people notice less bloating, less straining, and less abdominal discomfort, so you can get back to feeling like yourself. Your provider will review your history during your consult to make sure a lubiprostone prescription is right for you.

Your prescription is sent directly to a pharmacy near you. Pick it up same-day and use your insurance or a discount coupon like GoodRx to pay. Our fee covers your consultation only.

Testimonials

As someone without insurance, I couldn't believe it when I found out about this service. I wish more people knew about it. My hemorrhoids have improved significantly. I am also doing sitz baths and other lifestyle changes, but once I integrated the Bummed cream into my routine, my hemorrhoids shrunk even more.

The process was super easy, and medical review was fast! My prescription shipped within a day and I received it in less than one week. I appreciate getting access to three types of treatments and feel like my symptoms resolved. Thank you!!

Amazing service and product for both fissure and hemorrhoids! Not to mention that customer service is top notch. I have had issues with hemorrhoids ever since a surgery years ago and recently was wrestling with a fissure and hemorrhoids once again. Their product stopped the bleeding in a week, and I’m on the road to healing. I cannot recommend them enough; I hope it doesn’t reoccur, but I will use them before any other option if it happens again.

FAQs

Lubiprostone 24mcg

Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Drink lots of water.

30 days

First of all, we recommend lifestyle measures, including the following:

  • Eat fiber-rich foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains)
  • Stay hydrated
  • Don’t sit too long on the toilet
  • Exercise regularly
  • Poop when you need to—not when it’s convenient

Additionally, we usually recommend starting with a fiber supplement that contains both soluble and insoluble fibers. Adding a prebiotic and a probiotic can help support the gut microbiome, which plays a crucial role in bowel regularity. A magnesium supplement can also be helpful for softening stools. If you’re still having trouble going, our daily laxative option is a gentle way to keep things moving. This is ideal for chronic constipation that hasn’t responded to additional fiber support.
