We are a telehealth platform. You can explore our medications or explore our symptom checker, The Bummed Quiz, to better understand what medication you may need.

After you check out and fill out your medical information, a licensed medical provider will review your medical intake form, and if appropriate, prescribe you your medication. 

You will communicate with them via our secure patient dashboard. 

Your medications will be shipped to you within 2 business days from our custom compounding pharmacy.

 You will have access to our platform to message a provider with any follow up questions. If you have signed up for a subscription, you may cancel up to 48 hours before your renewal.

We work with a network of multi-disciplinary licensed medical physicians who are trained by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Carmen Fong, MD, FACS

The four products in our Treatment category are $65. 

The Constipation Rx is $85. 

All consults are $49. 

If you sign up for a new subscription, you will only be charged a consult fee for your first order. 

For all subsequent refills, you will only be charged the cost of the medication. 

You can cancel your subscription in your patient dashboard, as long as it is 48 hours before renewal. 

Don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads up before your subscription renews. 

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you are not prescribed a medication, you will be refunded for the cost of that medication.

After you have been prescribed a medication, all medications are non-refundable. 

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This means that the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed. Consumers and health care professionals rely on FDA’s drug approval process for verification of safety, effectiveness and quality. For more information see here.

We’re available in DC and almost all US states, other than the following: 

Kansas, New Jersey, New Mexico, and West Virginia.

Our platform is designed specifically for individuals aged 18+. During your consultation, our medical team will review your medical history to ensure we can provide safe, effective treatment options tailored to your needs.

Our specialist medical team will take your unique health history into account and only prescribe medications demonstrated to be safe based on your profile. We also guide you on proper use and provide ongoing medical supervision and support.

As each of our medications is made of a unique formulation, please refer to the specific product pages for more information on how each medication works. 

The Bummed medications were formulated by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Carmen Fong, MD, FACS. They were reviewed by a medical advisory panel made of OBGYNs and gastroenterologists.
